Norway-based NorgesGruppen has announced its H1 2019 results, posting a 2.5% increase in sales to €4.37bn (US$4.83bn). Operating profit was €182m (US$201m) for the period, compared with €160m (US$177m) in H1 2018. Norway-based NorgesGruppen has released its 2018 results. The retailer reported that operating revenue increased by 2.1% to NOK 87.8bn (€9.0bn), while profit before tax increased by 20% to NOK 2.4bn (€247m). Operating margin remained stable at 3.6%.
