Ocado has begun a six month click & collect trial at a shopping centre close to its head office. Ocado has reported its first half year profit of £7.5 million (before tax and exceptional items) for the six months ended 18 May 2014. This compares to a loss of £1.0 million a year ago. Ocado has published its full year results, revealing strong sales growth and a modest pre-tax loss for the 52 weeks to 1 December 2013.
