We look back at the performance of the UK’s leading grocery retailers over the festive period, analyse trading and channel strategies, and explore how shopper behaviour changed.  For each major retailer that has reported (Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, M&S, Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Tesco) we provide details of festive performance and analyse the factors that shaped their results. Trading data and results analysis from smaller retailers is also included.
